Our factory will be closed from 16 Aug to 30 Aug for summer holiday. Payment completes afer 13 Aug , package will be sending on/after Sept 01.

We recommend EMS shipment for fast and safe always. 

We only do the refund (shipping fee not included) or packet resend by letter proving from HK post office. Please be paitent as a  claim of  loss of registered airmail usually takes around 4-6 months processing and mostly we found that the packet was delivered during the claim period.
